How do I get dental veneers?

Before getting veneers you will need to come in so that our Berkley general dentist can create a treatment plan that fits your needs. We will also need to take X-rays of your teeth to make sure that you are healthy enough for dental veneers. Then we will need to prepare the teeth for their new restorations. Before veneers are placed we will prepare your tooth by removing a small amount of enamel from the front surface to make room for your restorations.

It will take up to one week for your veneers to be made. We will have to take impressions of your teeth so that the lab can create veneers that fit you just right. Once your veneers have been fabricated we will check their fit and then adhere them to your teeth permanently.
